Jewelry Care
Silver can oxidize over time, so we recommend a soft silver cleaning
cloth to polish your jewelry. Remember that Frolick Jewlery is handmade
with semi-precious stones and crystals that are very delicate, so clean
with care.
Shipping
Each item is handmade when you order. So you can expect to receive your
jewelry no later than 2 weeks after payment is received. We will ship
your jewelry USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Warranty Information
If an item breaks due to a manufacturing defect within the first 30
days, mail it back to us. At our discretion, we will repair or replace
it free of charge. After the warranty period has expired, we will be
happy to repair items for a small fee based on materials, labor and
shipping.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, items may be returned
within 10 days of shipment date for a merchandise credit. There will be
no credits issued after this time period. Returned items must be in
their original condition and show no signs of wear.
Please return items in their original packaging
and send it back in a padded envelope or box. We are not responsible
for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments so please INSURE your package!!!
We cannot issue merchandise credit if your package is lost or damaged.
Also, please include a note with your return with the following
information: name, address, phone number or email and a reason for the
return. Your merchandise credit will be issued via email unless
otherwise specified.
