Each item is handmade when you order, so it can take up to two weeks to receive your order if it requires specialty plating or materials that are out of stock. We will ship your order Fed Ex Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer a different method, please note it during checkout.
MODIFYING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, please be advised that any modifications to the order (such as a change in stone choice, metal choice, or a cancellation) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please make those requests in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
If an item breaks due to manufacturers defect or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com for repair or replacement of the item(s). All other repairs will be based on the cost of materials/labor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time. Frolick is not responsible for any external shipping delays.Our retail stores and online retail are two separate corporate entities. This means merchandise,pricing, and promotions featured are exclusive to that entity.
All pieces are made in either 14k gold fill, sterling silver, or brass. We design with semi-precious stones, hydroquartz, & glass beads. Stones may be dyed or treated, and will vary in color, size and shape. Stones vary depending on quality and availability. Substitions may be made if stones are not available or are of poor quality. Stones frequently include natural variations such as inclusions that may be mistaken as cracks or flaws. We always take care to make sure the color looks its best in your chosen design. The description of stones represents the color of stones and may not be the actual stones being used. Please allow for variations in your jewelry.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 10 days of shipment date for a merchandise credit or exchange it for another item. There will be no credits issued after this time period. Returned items must be in their original packaging with no signs of wear. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an Return Authorization Number. This number should be included on the outside or invoice of the return package in order for us to accept the return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please insure the package you are shipping back to us. Purchases made on our website can ONLY be returned/exchanged through our online sales department.Your merchandise credit will be issued by email in the form of a code that you can redeem for future purchases on our site. These credits do not expire.
Wholesale orders are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges of items for any reasons other than manufacturers defect or if an item arrives damaged. We are happy to offer repairs or replacements for items damaged on the sales floor or by customers. These types of repairs will be charged based on labor/materials. We DO NOT offer NET 30 or COD.
